The employee background investigation has the two forms: common employee background  investigation and senior manager  background investigation.
 
Common employee background investigation includes the following items:
 
Checking the educational background, work experience, professional qualifications, current residence of the investigated and whether they have any criminal records.
 
Investigation method and information source: telephone investigation, related person inquiry, academic status archives query, police data investigation.
 
Time for completion: 2-6 working days, the specific duration is determined according to the project complexity.

Senior Manager Induction Investigation includes the following basic items:
 
1) Verifying the educational background, work experience, professional qualifications of the investigated
 
2) Learning whether the investigated have any lawbreaking or criminal records.
 
3) Whether they are legal representatives or shareholders of other companies.
 
4) On-site verifying of the current residence of target persons on site and taking photographs.
 
5) Learning the professional reputation, bad hobbies, negative rumor and possible interest conflict of target persons via various channels and circumspect visits.
